I created my budget from Actuals. Why does it only have part of the year showing?

For the Actuals to correctly populate your budget, when you create the budget you must select the same month in the Actuals start date as the start date of the Budget.

Make sure you select the same month to start both the Actuals and the Budget. For example, if your budget starts in February 2017 and you wish to use actuals, select February 2016 (or any other February in the past as long as you have the relevant data in your accounting software).

If the selected start date for the Actuals is different from the start date for the Budget, only part of the budget will show the imported Actuals.
